Professional Pooper Scooper Clean Up Services

Keeping your house and lawn clean can be a struggle, especially with a dog. While they are lovable, cuddly, and entertaining companions, dogs can turn your weekly to-do list into a mile long parade of tasks. Walk the dog. Play with the dog. Buy more dog food. Clean up that chewn up shoe. Pick up dog poop.

It’s that last task that’s really the least enjoyable, right? The last thing you want to do is go outside and hunt around for all the poop that your dog left for you to find. You don’t want to add professional pooper scooper to your resume. Thankfully for you, we are professionals at dog waste removal.

We clean up the poop so you do not have to! Our service is specifically designed with busy people like you in mind. We want to take that one unpleasant part of dog ownership off your to do list.

Not only will this help make your list shorter, it will also give you more times to do the important things. Think of all the time you spend doing dog waste removal? That time could be spent learning that foreign language you always wanted to conquer. (Or catching up on the latest Netflix binge. No judgements.)

Why Get a Professional Shelby Dog Waste Removal Service?

This is one of the most common questions we get. Why would you hire a professional service to do something as basic as pet waste removal? We’re glad you asked. Hiring a professional service means that you can rely on a professional and thorough dog waste removal each and every time.

Our technicians come to your home on a regular schedule and will clean up your lawn right each time they visit. They are always uniformed and their cleaning never stops no matter the weather.

Having a professional service means that you can rest assured that your lawn will look as clean as it did before you had a dog. You will never have to worry about Fido rolling around in his poop ever again and you won’t have to step with caution over your yard for fear that you missed a spot.

What Kind of Feces Clean Up Services Do We Provide?

Aside from our Shelby dog waste removal services, we also do wild animal waste removal services. If you live near a pond, lake, or golf course you know exactly why this is important. Ducks and geese usually come with these bodies of water and large fairways. They are terrible messy neighbors and with each and every migration your lawn is littered with their waste.

Worry no more about their mess. Our technicians know exactly how to clean up and remove all wild animal waste and will do it in a way that is unobtrusive to both you and the animals.

Composting Dog Poop - How To Use Pet Waste As Compost

It also causes problems for landscapers, maintenance people, and community management. In addition to being disgusting, if pet waste is not cleaned up on a regular basis, it can breed flies, kill grass, and transmit disease as well as possibly generate a fine to the community management company from the EPA for ground water pollution.

But since studies show that a significant number of pet owners (over 40 percent) will not pick up after their dogs, there are options to help control pet waste. If you don't do it yourself, consider hiring an affordable pet waste cleanup service such as Pet Butler. If you do choose to hire a cleanup service as part of your cleanup efforts, we use all natural products that are safe around children and animals, the waste bags used are biodegradable, we disinfect our tools and shoes prior to and after servicing your facility, and all Pet Butlers are fully bonded and insured.

Dog feces is more than just a nuisance it can pose a serious health hazard. Why? A number of common parasites, including roundworm, are transmitted via dog feces.

Tell your friends and neighbors about the effects of pet waste on the environment. Encourage them to clean up after pets. Throw pet waste in the garbage; never wash it out into the street or into the storm drain.

At home - Remove pet waste from your yard at least once every week. Dispose of waste properly. All EPA approved landfills that accept normal household waste are built to safely contain pet waste.

Tell your friends and neighbors. A cleaner environment is good for your pets, your family and your community. Good for you!

In doing some research recently, I wanted to find out the number of results on Google for the phrase "dogs poop." I was literally astonished (to put it mildly), at the fact that over 10 million results came up of videos, articles, and websites. I read a few of the articles and came to the conclusion that some of the authors were very well versed on the subject, and I must admit, that I did learn a thing or two or twenty. The thing that blew me away though, was the mass number of videos of dogs hunched over doing what they do after they ate a good meal (and from the number of videos posted, it looks like a lot of good eating was going on). Not the videos themselves mind you, (although I do wonder why someone would post a video of his dog taking a poo poo break), but my jaw dropped at the number of views that these "crappy" videos received. Sorry, you had to know that I would make that reference sooner or later. I mean some of theses videos had 500,000-600,000 views. Is there something that I am missing here? Don't people have anything better to do with their time than sit around watching dogs take a crap? What is the fascination one has with watching a strange dog (or his own dog) take a poo break? I know when I see my guys do their little circling antic and find the right spot to handle their business, I am the first to look away. I am going to see if I can come up with some answers in a future article and write about that and perhaps interview some people to find out why, so stay tuned. As for now, I want to address the articles written on the question as to why dogs eat their own poop?

Now before we go on talking about coprophagy and using words like disgust and yeeck to describe this natural act, let me bring up a couple other deplorable acts that we do as humans, that may have dogs scrunching their noses up at us. I have heard of certain experimenting people who dabble in a certain sexual dalliance that would resemble dogs eating poop and what they do is not called coprophagy! And can you say cannibalism? Something just doesn't seem natural about me barbequing my neighbor or like a certain incident that happened in Florida recently where a barbeque wasn't even needed where a guy ate another guy.

If we really are so hell bent on stopping our animals from eating their own poo poo, really there is one easy fix: PICK UP YOUR DOGS POOP IMMEDIATELY! This will not only stop coprophagy, but help stop the spread of such dangerous bacteria as E-Coli and other diseases that is prevalent in our pet's poo. And wouldn't it be so nice not to have to tippy toe around our parks or have to clean off our shoes after stepping in a pile?

So now that we have figured out how to stop our dogs from eating their poop, any ideas how to stop these people that look like they are trying to dig to China through their noses?
